I love Starbucks in general, but with an amazing selection of coffee, frappucino's, and employees, I go there more than a normal person usually does!

Everyone loves frappes or coffee but have you ever tried frappes and coffee at the Post road Starbucks?

Went on a road trip to Connecticut and New York. Along the way my boyfriend and I wanted to stop for a quick coffee. We thought Starbucks would be a safe bet. When we walked in we saw a staff member sleeping in the corner while the other two couldn't figure out how to work the register. After receiving my burnt americano and cold brew coffee that they initially forgot to make...it's a safe bet that this particular Starbucks will be left out of the next road trip.

Yes it's Starbucks so you know exactly what you're going to get when you come here.  Coffee quality is consistent.

Location is nice with good seating space upstairs although this location attracts a lot of inconsiderate, loud talk on the phone work from home/sales people.

The service in this location sucks.  Flat out sucks.  Consistently get orders wrong, under schedule staff during peak periods.  Wait times can run 20-30 minutes for a cup of coffee.  I've observed staff prioritizing completing paperwork for the "colleague support center" in Seattle versus customer service when there are 10-15 people waiting.  I rarely see them using both espresso machines.  It would be nice if they got back to focusing on delivering a great customer experience.

    I expect better from Starbucks

Horrible service.  The staff was nice and they were working hard but we waited 45 minutes for 2 drinks.  What a waste of time.  And to top it off they got one of the drinks wrong.

Horrible location.  Upstairs is dank and cold.  Weird energy.  Mix of students and people who left city to breed.  Parking horrible.  Good for those working in the area.  If you're on i95, go to the one in Westport instead.
